Job Description
Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with Director of Sales to establish and execute sales targets and marketing goals for the region • Educate retailers and customers through sales and marketing initiatives, programs, in-store and online engagements to increase brand awareness • Developing specific plans to ensure growth both in the long and short-term • Explore the consumer occasions that transcend these key categories and initiate activities that elevates them in the customer’s and consumer’s minds • Effectively manage the given territory, ensuring all administration records, budget and information is current and up to date • Visit various retailers within assigned territory on a regular basis to: • Maintain strong relationships • Identify new opportunities to activate cannabis brands in partnership with retailers to maximize distribution and visibility • Gather data on inventory, product performance and industry feedback • Be knowledgeable of suppliers activity, history and products • Keep abreast of competitor trends and report appropriate developments * Understand and comply with and federal, provincial and municipal regulations • Attend and participate in various supplier sales and marketing meetings • Ensure expenses and reports are completed and delivered on time ** All staff will be provided with PPE and hand sanitizer **Car allowance and cellphone provided
