Attendance is critical to your success! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- As a Technical Sales Representative, duties of this position include but are not limited to: • Make outbound customer service calls courteously, efficiently & in a timely manner • Efficiently meeting and exceeding daily sales goal • Consolidate existing customer base while building new customer base • Updating customers records proficiently • The ideal candidate must have strong soft skills, great deal of tact and empathy while being able to solve customer concern and close potential sales • Ability to be empathetic and understand each customers situation and circumstances • Manage outbound calls in a timely manner and ability to have longer conversation with the prospective client to achieve the purpose of the call • Seize opportunities to promote products at all times and rebuttal efficiently to ensure customer understands the value of the product being offered. • Excellent computer skills (MS Excel/Outlook/Emails/CRM)and being able to navigate through different client interface • Excellent multitasking skills to manage various aspects of client requirements such as booking appointments (HVAC Appt), updating customer information, After Call Time etc. • Branding and representing client brand professionally • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile • Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service that exceeds customer expectations which in turn results in client satisfaction • Above average typing speed (60-70 WPM) What to expect: • Two days of orientation from motivating and friendly trainers whose goals are to help you succeed • Continuous learning opportunity for growth and advancement • Experience a professional business work environment and a very convenient location • Fun and friendly work environment with focus on establishing a positive work culture • Performance based commission structure plus additional incentives/prizes • Free Parking • Fun events, themed parties, pizza parties, potlucks etc. Office Work Hours: • Mon to Thurs: 12:00 PM- 8:00 PM (May be subject to change during summer; 11:00 AM- 7:00 PM) • Fri & Sat: 10:00 AM- 6:00 PM *Must work two/ three Saturdays in a month Location: Scarborough, ON Job Type: Full-time Permanent Salary: $14.25 /hour plus commissions based on daily sales PLEASE APPLY ONLY IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR FULL TIME PERMANENT EMPLOYMENT.
