Job Description
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Daily entry of new and existing customer contracts, service level changes, updating of terms and cancellations. • Index Customer Contracts into TRUX and LaserFiche (Ensure Customer Contracts are entered into to Trux and linked into LaserFiche) • Complete work to meet or exceed productivity and quality expectations with minimal assistance. • Must meet and maintain department productivity goals within 80% @ 90 days, 100% @ 6 months accurately. • Oversee the exemption of customers with contractual limitations for price increases from traditional price increase methods where required. • Index the imaged documents to the correct customer account in TRUX & LaserFiche and ensure imaged database is accurate. • Complete data entry and verification tasks as required. Additional Responsibilities: • Comply with all company policies, procedures and directives from supervisors. • CDE Specialists must be able to work a varying work schedule; this schedule will be established by the manager; must be able to work overtime on an as - needed basis. • The ability to adapt to change and learn new process as the business evolves/develops. • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management.
