What You'll Be Doing: Join our Contact Centre team as a Credit Counsellor and make a real difference for our clients. You’ll begin your journey with an industry-leading paid training program that runs about 3 weeks • Your training will get you equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide the best possible experience to CIBC clients – we know there’s a learning curve and we’re here to help. • You’ll initially participate in approximately 21 days of training with a mix of in-class learning and on-the-job application - typically from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 p.m. • It’s hands-on, so you’ll get the real-life experience you need to rise to the challenge. A quick note on your availability – our Contact Centre is open Monday to Sunday: Monday to Friday – 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; Saturday – 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; and Sunday – 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 .m. We’d like for you to be flexible between these hours.
