Employment Opportunities for Post-Secondary Students and Graduates with Disabilities

JobStart provides post-secondary students and graduates, 17 years of age or older with verifiable disabilities, the opportunity to secure paid part or full time employment through job search support, job matching, placement and job retention in the City of Toronto.  JobStart's employment professionals can provide job search support in a range of areas:

  • One to one assistance with resumes, cover letters
  • Tips to market yourself to employers and improve your interview skills
  • Interviews with potential employers
  • Accommodation assistance for employers
  • Accommodations for clients i.e. blackberries, sign language interpreters, etc. if required
